Not all songs will have a big rock ending. some do, and when you see fat colored long notes, randomly hit everything. Normally, there are notes at the end, that you have to hit, otherwise you just wasted it all. just chose tutorials and go to basic drums or intermediate drums. it will teach you all about it. Also, if you do singing or guitar, you do the same thing, but on singing, just scream into it.
